After graduating from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, I spent four years as gallery director at ANDREW RAFACZ, where I curated exhibitions, managed operations, and built systems that are still used today. I went on to help scale BZIPPY, a ceramics design company, from 5 people to 20, moving into a 9,000 sq ft space and developing every department from the ground up.
Along the way, I studied with mentors who taught me how to build sustainable growth for creative entrepreneurs, developed my emotional intelligence as a leader, and learned how to empower artists and makers with the operational tools they need to thrive.
Now, I work with creative businesses to solve the problems that keep founders up at night. I help you build the internal foundation that lets you scale without losing what makes your business special.
